Colonel Clarence Wadsworth and his wife, Katharine Fearing Hubbard, built The Wadsworth Mansion at Long Hill Estate in Middletown, CT as their country summer residence at the turn of the 20th century. The Mansion has become one of New England's premier wedding and event venues with it's luxurious ballrooms and acres of scenic grounds. As a cultural icon for the community, Wadsworth Mansion hosts numerous public events throughout the year, offers weekly docent led tours and welcomes outdoor recreationists to explore the trails surrounding the estate.
