Event Description: B-VIBRANT™ is an exciting new leadership series for women in stem-related roles coming in May and June in Connecticut. This customized three part series is BEACON’s response to repeated requests from both men and women currently working in the professional engineering, sciences and STEM related roles, seeking greater opportunities for networking, mentoring and career coaching for the women in their organizations. B-Vibrant™ consists of three independent 2 ½ hour sessions, focusing on the value of creating clear vision, identifying and breaking through barriers to success, and taking control of the future by intentionally navigating career and development. While this particular series is designed specifically for women, a subsequent series will be offered in the Fall for all to attend. Each session will include time for networking with colleagues, hands-on and interactive learning, and opportunities for greater growth and connections.
