Event Description: Annual Walk to End Alzheimer's signature event raises over 200,000 annually and rallies together nearly 2500 walkers across Hartford County to celebrate, remember, honor loved ones affected by Alzheimer's and dementia through our signature Promise Garden Ceremony and 2 mile walk.
