Event Description: Join Archbishop Leonard P. Blair and the Archdiocese of Hartford on Sunday, 9/11, to pay tribute to police, fire, Department of Correction and EMS personnel at the Blue Mass. Procession of departments begins on Asylum Ave. at 10:45 a.m., Mass begins at 11:00 a.m.
