Event Description: Join Shipman & Goodwin Employment Law attorneys Daniel Schwartz and Ashley Marshall for this complimentary webinar where they will discuss Connecticut employer issues arising from the new federal overtime rule. The U.S. Department of Labor’s release of a final rule on overtime for white-collar workers has raised more questions than answers for Connecticut employers. While the new rule will go into effect December 1, 2016, we know that many employers are in a budget-setting process now and need to make some decisions about how they will pay their employees.
