Event Description: How: Make a donation of $10 for a Luminaria. What are Luminaria? A luminaria is a bag, with a candle or glow stick inside, that is personalized, and lit in honor or memory of loved ones. Why: As a tribute – in memory of someone lost to cancer, in honor of someone still fighting, or in special recognition of someone who has beaten the disease. When: Friday, November 27, 2015. Community members will place these glowing tributes on their front porches, front steps, or at the end of their driveways, as we light up New England together.


Directions:
Community members can participate by placing a luminaria on their home's doorstep. Companies can purchase luminaria bags for their employees to take home, or we can help to facilitate a corporate ceremony on a date chosen by the company.
