Event Description: On October 5, 2009, the Connecticut False Claims Act was signed into law and was heralded as a powerful tool to be used in the fight against health care fraud in our state. Join us as state regulators and experienced practitioners engage in a roundtable discussion about the implementation and use of the State False Claims Act since its enactment.
