Event Description: Honoring Those that Impact Our World: Each year, WACCT celebrates the contribution of a global leader with our Luminary Award. The Luminary Award recognizes those that have had a profound impact on the world. Our 2015 recipient will be CT based Peter G. Kelly, Esq, who has committed his life to advocacy for democracy and global peace. A Global Student Engagement Award will also be presented to a student or group of students.
