Event Description: A celebration of MetroHartford’s rich Latino cultures. Produced by Victor Luna in collaboration with Riverfront Recapture, the festival fills the day with live entertainment, comida (food), cultural food and beverage, children's games and activities, exhibitors and more. You won’t want to miss it! Admission is free.
